Tiia Ryhänen
Counsel
Tiia advises clients on various energy related matters, including power purchase agreements and energy supply and procurement contracts. In addition, she has vast experience in energy markets, renewable energy projects and energy regulatory and compliance related matters.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Tiia has worked over a decade as industry sector in-house lawyer, latest as General Counsel and Compliance Officer at a Finnish state-owned energy company.
In addition to her Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki, Tiia has pursued a M.Sc. Economics degree at the Hanken School of Economics as well as Bachelor of Business and Administration degree at Helia University of Business and Applied Sciences.
