DLA Piper advises Voima Ventures on investment in Finnish green tech company Liquid Sun Ltd

DLA Piper has advised Voima Ventures as lead investor on its investment in Liquid Sun Ltd, a Finnish green tech company revolutionizing the production of synthetic sustainable aviation fuel (eSAF).

Liquid Sun's breakthrough technology transforms CO₂ and water into renewable e-fuels, ushering in a new era of clean aviation. The funding round raised nearly €4 million and represents a significant milestone for Liquid Sun as they move forward with Finland's first eSAF production test facility.
