Jonathan Andersin, Partner

Jonathan focuses on venture capital investments and has assisted numerous Finnish startups and growth companies as well as domestic and foreign venture capital investors in financing rounds. In addition to venture capital, Jonathan also advises on a broad range of other corporate and M&A transactions, including private equity deals, debt financing transactions and fund formation, and on general corporate law matters.

Jonathan is a sought-after trainer on topics related to venture capital investments and startups and speaks regularly at various trainings as well as events such as Slush. Jonathan is also the author of the first Finnish handbook on VC investments “Venture capital -sijoitukset – käsikirja rahoituskierroksille” (2021).

In addition to obtaining his law degrees from the University of Turku (Master) and Åbo Akademi University (Bachelor), Jonathan has studied finance at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and the Hanken School of Economics.
