DLA Piper advises Miab on acquisition of Finnish N-Clean

DLA Piper has advised Miab AB on its acquisition of a majority stake in N-Clean Oy and its Swedish subsidiary N-Clean AB from Juuri Rahasto I Ky, Lempäälän Aluesiivous Oy and individual owners.

This transaction will create cross-border synergies and growth opportunities for the new company. Miab AB together with N-Clean Group will have more than 3500 employees and a combined turnover of approximately 100 MEUR, making it the biggest privately held cleaning company in Finland and Sweden. 

The DLA Piper team in Helsinki was led by Corporate partner Petri Morelius, assisted by counsel Valtteri Vimpari, senior associate Josefin Strömberg, associates Eliel Ahmala and Ida-Sofia Antinluoma and Intellectual Property & Technology associate Eero Puranen. They were supported by Finance, Projects & Restructuring counsel Mikko Luukkonen, and a Stockholm-based Corporate team of partner Gustaf Reuterskiöld and senior associate Kristina Stavne.

N-Clean Group provides cleaning services in more than 40 locations across Finland and in Stockholm and Åre in Sweden.
