Ida-Sofia Antinluoma, on family leave

Ida focuses on M&A and general corporate law. She also practices in various real estate arrangements. Ida has been involved in several national and cross-border transactions and advised various Finnish and international corporations and private equity investors in complex acquisitions, divestments and related shareholders’ and joint venture agreements.

Ida also advises clients regularly in matters relating to general corporate law and governance issues.
