DLA Piper advises Lindström on the sale of personal protective equipment business to TOOLS Finland

DLA Piper has advised Lindström Group on the sale its personal protective equipment (PPE) business in Finland to TOOLS Finland Oy (TOOLS). The deal closed on 1 April 2019.

The acquisition concerns the personal protective equipment service in Finland. In Hungary and Estonia, personal protective equipment business will continue as before. Cooperation between Lindström Group and TOOLS will continue as a strategic partnership.

The DLA Piper Helsinki-based Corporate team was led by DLA Piper's Country Managing Partner in Finland, Matti Ylä-Mononen. He was assisted by senior counsel Salla Tuominen and associates Eero Puranen and Ida-Sofia Antinluoma.
