DLA Piper advises India's second largest IT services firm Infosys on the acquisition of Fluido

DLA Piper has advised Infosys, a global leader in consulting, technology and next-generation services, on the acquisition of Finland-based Fluido Oy (“Fluido”), one of the largest Salesforce (software company) consulting partners in Europe. This acquisition strengthens Infosys’ position as a leading Salesforce enterprise cloud services provider, and enhances its ability to provide clients an unparalleled cloud-first transformation.

Fluido is majority-owned by its management team and CapMan private equity, with Salesforce Ventures having a minority stake. Infosys will incorporate Fluido's globally recognised Salesforce expertise into its business, along with its world-class agile delivery process. With Fluido located in offices in Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Slovakia, this acquisition boosts Infosys’ presence across the Nordics.
