DLA Piper advises Gorilla Capital on the first closing of its Gorilla Capital Fund III

DLA Piper has advised Gorilla Capital Management Oy on the first closing of Gorilla Capital Fund III Ky (the ‘Fund’), a venture capital fund focused on early stage technology enabled companies having a capital efficient business model. The fund, managed by Gorilla Capital Management Oy, raised funds from institutional and private investors such as Business Finland Venture Capital Oy. The total target is an investment capital of EUR 50 million.
