DLA Piper advises Bregal Milestone as lead investor on US$80 million investment in M-Files

We have advised Bregal Milestone as the lead investor on a strategic growth investment of US$80 million (€67 million) in M-Files, a next generation intelligent information management company. Bregal Milestone was the main investor with the existing investors Partech, Tesi and Draper Esprit also participating in the investment round.

Bregal Milestone is a growth capital firm managing a €495 million pan-European fund dedicated to making investments in high-growth European companies in the technology and technology-enabled services sectors.
