DLA Piper advises Asuntoyhtymä Group Oy and Develo Oy in aquisition of apartment plots in Turku, Finland

DLA Piper has advised Asuntoyhtymä Group Oy and Develo Oy in their aquisition of apartment plots from the Vaiste family in Turku. The plots are centrally located in Pitkämäki, in the former Pukkila factory area. The plots have a confirmed city plan and construction on the plots is scheduled to begin during autumn 2022.

Asuntoyhtymä Group Oy is a long-term owner and lessor of environmentally friendly dwelling in Finland's growth centers. Develo Oy is a real estate development and investment company that develops and builds high-quality residential apartment buildings in key locations in Finland. The firm's projects consist of efficient city dwelling with an emphasis on interior design and environmental friendliness.
