DLA Piper advises Wulff on acquisition of Mavecom Palvelut Ltd

DLA Piper has advised Wulff Group Plc (Wulff), the expert in products for the workplace, on its acquisition of Mavecom Palvelut Ltd (Mavecom), and the share issue on the Nasdaq Helsinki. The preliminary purchase price for Mavecom's share capital is approximately €1.5 million, and the company will continue its business as an independent unit within Wulff Group Plc.

Headquartered in Vantaa, Finland, Wulff's customer offering spans office supplies, facility management products, catering solutions, IT supplies, ergonomics, first aid, air purifiers, and innovative products for worksites.

Mavecom operates Canon Business Center services, offers printing services, data management solutions, ICT outsourcing services and large format printing. Furthermore, it provides modern maintenance and remote monitoring for its solutions located in Helsinki.

This acquisition positions Wulff with a significant competitive advantage, in line with its company growth strategy, enabling the development of the Contract Customer concept for its domestic customers.
