DLA Piper advises Sentica on sale of Chilit

We have advised Sentica Partners Oy and private individuals in the sale of Finnish IT company Chilit to Sweden-based Dustin Group AB.
Chilit offers outsourcing and expert services, devices and software licenses mainly to companies operating in the Helsinki metropolitan area and in the south-west of Finland. The Finnish company has more than 60 employees working in Helsinki and Turku. Chilit complements Dustin, combining products with services to deliver smart IT solutions to small and medium sized companies. The transaction creates synergies and strengthens Dustin’s position in the SMB segment.
The DLA Piper team in Helsinki was led by corporate counsel Valtteri Vimpari. The team also comprised corporate partner Matti Ylä-Mononen, employment partner Antti Rajamäki, antitrust and competition partner Mika Oinonen as well as associates Eliel Ahmala and Joonas Dammert.
