DLA Piper advises Saari Partners on its investment in Navix, a leading partner for leisure boat manufacturers

DLA Piper has advised Saari Partners on the investment in Navix together with its current management, aiming to capture growth in the European markets.

Saari Partners, established in 2018, is a Finnish fund manager for the Saari I private equity fund. The fund invests in Finnish small and mid-sized service companies with entrepreneurial drive and the potential to achieve competitive advantage through the means of digitalization, branding and consolidation.

Navix is the leading industrial design partner for leisure boat builders in the Nordics. Navix is a one stop shop – delivering everything from engineering and design of electrical systems, design of plastic products all the way to manufacturing. The company’s turnover in 2020 was EUR11.1 million and it is expecting a 40% increase in revenue for 2021. Navix is headquartered in Paimio, Finland and has a production facility in Haapsalu, Estonia.
