DLA Piper advises lenders in financing of Finland’s largest hotel construction project

DLA Piper acted as counsel to lenders in the financing of Finland’s largest hotel construction project at Helsinki airport for LAK Real Estate. The construction of the 13-storey hotel complex with 700 rooms will start in October 2021, and the hotel is estimated to be opened in 2024.

The DLA Piper team was led by partners Mikko Larvala and Mikko Luukkonen and the core team included Petteri Larnimaa, Tuukka Toropainen and Aleksi Jounela.
