DLA Piper advises Develo Oy in sale of Asunto Oy Tampereen Pikku-Aleksi apartments in Tampere, Finland

DLA Piper has advised Develo Oy in the sale of Asunto Oy Tampereen Pikku-Aleksi apartment building to LähiTapiola Aluekiinteistöt Ky. The property, completed 30 December 2021, is located in the heart of Tampere city center. The nine-storey apartment building has 70 homes from compact studios to larger one-bedroom apartments. 

"The property’s central location offers versatile services with cafés and restaurants within walking distance, and the new Tampere tram serving from the front door along Hämeenkatu street," comments Hans Koivukangas, CEO of Develo Oy.
