DLA Piper advises Corum Eurion in acquisition of Metso Outotec main office building in Espoo

DLA Piper has advised Corum Eurion, a fund managed by Corum AM in the acquisition of Metso Outotec main office building in Espoo, Finland from Union Investment Real Estate GmbH.

The property offers rental space of 14,376 sq m, and is fully let to Metso Outotec, a listed technology company and frontrunner in sustainable technologies, end-to-end solutions and services for the aggregates, minerals processing and metals refining industries globally.

The office campus is located in Matinkylä, one of the major growth districts of Espoo, populated by ca. 20,000 inhabitants.
