DLA Piper advised construction and industrial software supplier Zeroni Oy’s shareholders on the sale of the company to EG

DLA Piper has advised the shareholders of Zeroni Oy in the sale of the company to EG, a major provider of industry-specific software solutions in the Nordic region.

Established in 1991, Zeroni Oy is a leading developer of digital workforce and contractor management software in Finland, primarily serving the construction and industrial sectors. Its cloud-based solutions are designed to enhance efficiency, safety, and compliance at worksites. Zeroni's client portfolio includes major Finnish and international construction and industrial companies.

The combination of Zeroni's and EG Construction's product portfolio is highly complementary and will improve the digitalisation of sites and projects in the construction and industrial sectors in the Nordic region. Zeroni’s operations will continue as normal, and the acquisition will have no impact on staff, customers or partners.
