Venla Sallinen

Venla Sallinen practices in the area of employment law. She advises private and public sector employers in connection with various employment law matters, among others, on collective bargaining agreements, legislation development, employment agreements, transactions, co-operational proceedings and employment related disputes.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Venla has worked in various employment law related positions and completed the bar examination. She is also studying industrial engineering and management to further develop her problem-solving skills and comprehension of humans at the core of companies, so she is a future diploma engineer.
