Iris Toivonen advices clients in the area of corporate law, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions with regards to both domestic and international clients and transactions, general corporate law issues and commercial contracts. Iris has several years of experience in the M&A industry, including for example complex due diligence projects in various sectors and coordination of transaction signing and closing events.

Further, Iris is passionate about creating a sustainable future and specialises in ESG issues. Iris has extensive knowledge of supply chain regulations, such as the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive and the EU Deforestation Regulation.
