Satu-Anneli Kauranen has been appointed as a partner at DLA Piper Finland, effective from April 1, 2025. Kauranen brings international, extensive and diverse experience, particularly in the fields of competition law and compliance, as well as strong expertise in several specifically regulated sectors.

Kauranen advises our clients on matters such as distribution systems and cooperation between companies. She has acted as a competition law advisor in numerous significant merger control processes and has provided guidance on other regulatory issues related to transactions. Seamless collaboration between our corporate and competition law experts is crucial as the regulatory framework governing businesses continues to expand. This enables us to support our clients in a comprehensive and wide-ranging manner.
