DLA Piper tops Mergermarket 2023 M&A league tables

For the 7th consecutive year, DLA Piper is the law firm assisting in the highest number of transactions in the Nordic region, according to the Mergermarket Legal Advisor League Tables 2023. In Finland, DLA Piper maintains #3 legal advisor ranking by deal count for the 3rd consecutive year with 44 transactions.

Our lawyers in the Nordic region were involved in 262 registered transactions in 2023. Once again, DLA Piper also tops the list of transaction volume globally and in Europe.
