For the 9th consecutive year, DLA Piper is the law firm assisting in the highest number of transactions in the Nordic region, according to the Mergermarket Legal Advisor League Tables 2025. Throughout 2025, DLA Piper’s Nordic Corporate M&A teams advised on a total number of 385 registered transactions in the Nordic region, reflecting the depth and strength of the firm’s regional M&A capabilities. In addition, DLA Piper secured the number one position in Europe and globally by transaction volume.
