DLA Piper advises MB Funds on its investment in Alltime

DLA Piper has advised MB Funds on its investment in Finnish infrastructure and property maintenance company Alltime Oy. The founder and the current shareholder of Alltime, Jussi Tuohino continues as a board member and a significant shareholder in the company and as MB Funds partner to further develop the company in the next growth phase.

Alltime takes care of the built environment by offering broad maintenance services with focus especially on maintenance of public infrastructure and properties. During the recent years, the company has grown into a nationwide operator while maintaining a strong local presence that is essential in enabling quick and easy point of contact for customers and other key stakeholders. Today, Alltime has net sales of around  EUR 30,000,000 and the company employs around 250 professionals of infrastructure and property maintenance. MB Funds’ investment in Alltime will support its further growth and international expansion. 

The closing of the transaction is pending on competition authority’s approval (as of 27 October 2021).

The key members of the DLA Piper team involved in the transaction are Ilkka Liljeroos, Essi Lavikkala and Ina Jernmark (Corporate), Antti Paloniemi and Sanni Koskinen (Tax) and Laura Kauppila (Competition).
