DLA Piper advised HOK-Elanto on the launch of new Prismakeskus project in Espoo Centre

DLA Piper has acted as legal advisor to HOK-Elanto in connection with the launch of HOK-Elanto’s Prismakeskus project in Espoo Centre (Espoon keskus), Finland. Construction of the new Prismakeskus is scheduled to commence in February 2026.

The project is a significant investment that will expand local services and further strengthen Espoo Centre as a vibrant urban centre. The development will include a new Prisma hypermarket, additional smaller retail premises and extensive parking facilities. The Prismakeskus will be integrated with the adjacent Entresse shopping centre, improving accessibility and connectivity for customers. The overall project also includes two seven-storey residential buildings which will be constructed along Siltakatu and Sunantie, providing a total of 105 apartments. The residential buildings will be located above the retail premises, with the project also featuring a landscaped inner courtyard built on top of the Commercial structures.

The project is expected to be completed during 2028.
