Welcome to a hybrid event on Thursday, 23 May at our office in Helsinki (Kanavaranta 1) or online, where we share examples on AI practices and governance. We will be joined by experts from dentsu Finland and Solita, who will share their insight and experience on practical AI implementations.

About the speakers:

Elina Koivumäki is an expert in legal matters concerning sales, marketing, communications, copyright, data protection, and AI. Since 2000, she has provided counsel to prominent brands and marketing and media agencies, earning a reputation for her pragmatic and business-focused approach to commercial law. Elina currently serves as the interim General Counsel for dentsu Finland. She is also recognized for her contributions as the author of the acclaimed "Marketing Law" book series and as the Chair of the Board at the Finnish Business Angels Network.

Salla Westerstrand is a technology ethicist and AI Designer at Solita, helping organisations foster ethical AI in practice through ethical AI governance. Westerstrand is a PhD researcher in AI ethics and AI Ethics Lead of Women in AI Finland.

Aleksi Nieminen is a technology lawyer working at Solita with expertise in technology, data and cyber regulations. Known for his practical approach, Aleksi excels at finding actionable solutions at the intersection of law and technology.
