Tim Cummins, President, IACCM, Professor in International Commercial & Contract Management, Leeds University School of Law
Tim Cummins is a founder and President of the International Association for Contract & Commercial Management, a New York-based non-profit organisation that promotes ‘a world where every trading relationship delivers economic and social value’. He is also a professor and Chair in International Commercial & Contract Management at the University of Leeds, UK, working extensively with worldwide academics and governments to research and improve procurement and contracting practices.

Sami Rintala is a legal advisor focusing on ICT, technology and digitalization, sourcing and outsourcing. His other areas of expertise include Privacy and IP. Sami advises clients in various industry sectors, mainly within Insurance, Travel, Media, Retail, Telecom and ICT.
