Thomas Rindahl Håkonsen
Thomas Rindahl Håkonsen has extensive experience of legal counselling toward central real estate participants in connection with real estate developments, extensions, transactions and commercial lease contracts. This also comprises assistance in connection with the purchase and sale of commercial property, including assistance with negotiations, drafting contracts, due diligence and closing.
In addition, Thomas provides continuous legal assistance in connection with development, extension, structuring and management of both commercial and residential real estate property. He has over the years assisted prominent real estate parties, both lessors and lessees, in connection with commercial lease contracts within office premises, residential and retail activities.
Thomas has competence within a broad field of real estate legal issues and provides continuous assistance in the course of disputes and litigation assignments.
