Petter Kjöllerström is a corporate lawyer with over 20 years' experience advising clients on private corporate/M&A transactions, venture capital investments, incentive programs and day-to-day corporate matters.
Petter is regularly advising domestic and international clients regarding acquisitions, divestures, venture capital investments and venture capital fundraising, reorganisations, ownership matters and corporate law, as well as the setup and administration of private incentive programs, both domestic and with an international corporate structure. The majority of the transactions Petter is advising on are of cross-border nature, involving a broad range of jurisdictions.

Advising Din Bil Sverige that together with Scania Sverige (Scania) decided to jointly seek to acquire the full business of Bilmetro, as well as, together with Nordisk Renting, some 17 real estate companies, by an acquisition for a combined value of circa SEK 4.4 billion.
