Ketil's pratice deals with advising Norwegian and international clients in high technology (e.g. medical devices, pharma, oncology and nanotechnology), information technology (e.g. robotics, AI and industrial software), e-commerce, marketing and the media and entertainment industry.

Ketil also assists clients with the commercialisation of technology and innovation where the underlying technology is an intangible right. His advice typically consists of drafting and negotiating agreements, e.g. license agreements, consortium agreements, joint venture agreements, development agreements or agreements on the purchase and sale of technology companies - often cross border. Ketil also has extensive experience with privacy and has advised Norwegian and international clients on privacy law issues since 2009.

Ketil also works with dispute resolution, where he has acted as counsel in matters within copyright, IT-contracts, trademark law, marketing law, general bond law issues (shareholder agreements, distribution agreements and cooperation agreements) and liability cases (e.g. board liability).
